Machines and biosensors are transforming biomedical applications, including disease diagnosis, treatment, remote monitoring, and precise drug delivery. Advanced technologies, such as robotic devices, MEMS, microfluidics, wireless drug delivery systems, smart pills, and implants, are driving the development of innovative therapeutic solutions. The integration of AI is further advancing these technologies, enabling autonomous control and optimization in treating various indications with increasing interest in personalized medicine. This proposal outlines the therapeutic applications of machines and biosensors, focusing on the integration of AI, their fabrication, scale-up, analysis, translational challenges, and limitations of clinical adoptions. It highlights key design factors for effective therapy, like patient safety, personalized medicine, and regulatory compliance. The goal is to bring together scientists to review current research, identify essential design elements, and find areas for further improvement. Ultimately, the proposal aims to advance the clinical application of machine and biosensor-based devices in various therapeutic fields.
