This talk will focus on the chemotherapy resistance mechanism in ovarian cancer. The speaker will present findings on a novel protein kinase that critically contributes to paclitaxel resistance in ovarian cancer. The talk will highlight how AAK1 regulates paclitaxel sensitivity and demonstrate that AAK1 as a promising target to improve paclitaxel efficacy in ovarian cancer.
