Description: This presentation highlights the application of co-processing strategies to improve flowability and bulk density of micronized APIs as well as solubility improvement for poorly soluble APIs. While co-precipitation technology and heterogeneous nucleation were evaluated for flow properties improvement, Coprecipitated amorphous dispersion (CAD) was studied for solubility improvement, through systematic screening, optimization, and scale-up. Key outcomes include identification of robust polymer/solvent systems, successful generation of free-flowing spherical agglomerates, and demonstration of scalability with regulatory-compliant solvent residues.
