Twin-screw wet granulation (TSWG) offers a continuous manufacturing approach for enhancing the flowability and compressibility of poorly flowable APIs. Low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose (L-HPC), incorporated intra-granularly, provides multifunctional performance as a binder, disintegrant, and moisture scavenger. This study systematically investigates critical process and formulation parameters, applying L-HPC within TSWG to establish optimal conditions that enable robust granule formation, efficient downstream processing, and consistent quality of oral solid dosage forms.
