Dr. Somnath Singh, PhD, M. Pharm, B. Pharm is Professor of Pharmaceutics at School of Pharmacy and Health Professions, Creighton University, USA who. has been teaching pharmaceutics to Pharm D students at Creighton University, Omaha, NE, USA. His research experiences incorporate analytical method development, controlled deliveries of therapeutic protein and peptide, their conformational stability and biological activity, percutaneous absorption of and dermatotoxicity from chemicals, permeation enhanced transdermal drug deliveries. His recent research interests include developing analytical method for quantification of aqueous solution of hydrogen sulfide, sustained release delivery system for hydrogen sulfide donors, nanogel formulation of curcumin for the prevention and treatment of melanoma. He is a member of AAPS since 2000, published 40 manuscripts, and presnetated more than 100 presnetations.
