J. Nikki McKoy, MPH, MBA the director of the Center for Clinical Research in the Data & Analytics Practice Area at RTI International, has worked in clinical research for over 25 years. At RTI International, she oversees equity and community engagement activities for various clinical studies. Ms. McKoy’s personal research has been focused on women’s and children’s health, as well as interventional research aimed at supporting clinicians in providing more guideline-adherent care for multiple conditions including the prevention of recurrent C. dificile infection and hypercholesterolemia. Her master’s paper research explored the historical trends in infant mortality among African Americans during and after slavery. Ms. McKoy has experience with both commercial and federal clients, including AHRQ, CDC, NIH, and CMS. She has extensive experience overseeing the design and execution of multisite studies, including those using biospecimen handling, shipping, and storage.
