Nicole Buist, Ph.D. is an Executive Director, Biologics and Biopharmaceutics at Merck leading a team of biologics product developers and biopharmaceutic scientists. Her team specializes in the subcutaneous delivery of high strength biologic formulations where she is overseeing the development of several late-stage biologic combination products. Most recently her team had success in the FDA approvals of WINREVAIR™ and ENFLONSIA™. She previously co-led a multidepartment innovation team focused on understanding all aspects of subcutaneous delivery and development of biologics. External to Merck, Nicole has been an active member of the IQ Consortium and is the co-chair of the Accelerated Drug Development Working Group within the Drug Product Leadership Group. She is the co-chair of the Immunogenicity sub-team of the SC Consortium as well as a board member.
