Lina Luo is a Scientific Director in the Department of Precision Medicine, Bioanalytical, & Translational Sciences at Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ. In her role, she oversees Bioanalytical Leads on regulated bioanalysis for preclinical and clinical studies and is responsible for the oversight of internal regulated laboratories across technology platforms for small molecule PK/PD and biologics bioanalysis. Before joining BMS, Lina was the Lab Head of the Bioanalytical Group of PDM at Pfizer, where she managed a group of scientists to deliver PK, PD and ADME biomarker support across Pfizer portfolios. Prior to that position, Lina worked in Biomarkers Department of Pfizer Drug Safety RD between 2004 to 2016. Lina is an accomplished bioanalytical scientist with over 20 years of diverse industry experience and is recognized as a strong scientific leader. She possesses broad knowledge and skills in regulated bioanalysis, ADME sciences, biomarkers to support preclinical and clinical studies at various stages of drug development.
