Dr. Shi is Executive Vice President of Innostar BioTech Inc. and serves on the Steering Committee of Chinese Bioanalysis Forum (CBF). She is also an active member of the AAPS Biomarkers and Precision Medicine (BMPM) Community. With nearly 20 years of experience in the field of bioanalysis, Jing has extensive expertise in leading the global bioanalytical, biomarker and pharmacology teams in support of drug development from discovery to IND and BLA. Prior to joining InnoStar, she held several key positions at WuXi AppTec, including Vice President/Global Head of Bioanalytical Services, where she expanded global bioanalytical and biomarket platforms and oversaw preclinical and clinical PK, biomarker, and immunogenicity method development, validation, and testing for China and global biopharma companies, contributing to the approval of numerous innovative drugs. Jing worked on several research and leadership positions at BioReliance, Merck KGaA and MedImmune (AstraZenica) earlier in her career, focusing on new assay and technology development.
Jing holds a Ph.D. in Cell Biology from the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Cell Biology and Genetics from Peking University.
