Dr. Allison Radwick serves as Regulatory and Policy Communications Manager in Global External Affairs at the US Pharmacopeia (USP), where she has contributed her expertise for three years. With over three decades of experience spanning clinical pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical industry operations, she brings comprehensive knowledge to regulatory communications and policy development.
Dr. Radwick earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with a minor in Psychology from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science, followed by a PhD in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of Connecticut. She brings expertise in communications, technical support, formulation, drug development, study oversight, regulatory affairs, policy, and program management across academic, industry, and clinical trial environments.
Her professional engagement includes active membership in multiple AAPS communities: Excipients, Gene and Cell Therapy Products, Global Health, and Regulatory Sciences. She previously served as chair of the organization's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and currently serves as the Regulatory Sciences Community chair for 2025-2026.
Dr. Radwick's combination of clinical and scientific experience positions her to effectively bridge technical scientific concepts with regulatory and policy communications.
