Janey Ronxhi is a Senior Scientist in Takeda’s Nonclinical Bioanalytics & Immunogenicity Group (NCBI), specializing in the development and implementation of bioanalytical and immunogenicity methods to support preclinical studies of novel biological modalities. She oversees outsourced immunoassays and is responsible for evaluating and selecting CROs, optimizing assay methods, and reviewing and approving bioanalytical reports for both non-GLP and GLP studies. Prior to joining Takeda in 2022, Ronxhi worked at Emulate, Inc., where she led the development and commercialization of Organ-Chip technology. She has delivered podium presentations at several scientific conferences and is an author/co-author of multiple publications and patents. Ronxhi earned her Master’s degree from Harvard University and her Bachelor's degree from Boston University.
