Moore has >30 yrs in pharmaceutical industry.Joined Allucent, a global CRO, as President, CPMS leading pharmacologists/pharmacometricians/programmers to inform dose/study design/drug development strategies including building customized M&S approaches for benefit:risk evaluation for patients/decisions for drug developers (i.e, Model Informed Drug Development).Moore was Global Head, CPMS at ViiV Healthcare, creating results with different partners/partnerships providing strategy/oversight/application of CPMS/MIDD principles. At VHC, Moore founded/co-chaired Protocol Ph1-2a Review Forum, member on governance/review committees, and founded VHC internship aligned with a career-long commitment to students. Before VHC, Moore joined GSK Worldwide Business Development leading multidisciplinary teams on the S&E of nonclinical/clinical/platform/divestment opportunities for biologics/NCEs/cell therapies.Deals included R&D strategic collaboration/licensing, co-development/marketing, non-profit collaboration/funding, Newco creation/other agreements. Moore had GSK/GW CPMS positions of increasing breadth and responsibility: led Viral Diseases/Oncology groups, member on CPMS LT/Oncology Early Development Unit LT/PRF/Steering Committees.Moore contributed to development, worldwide submissions, and approval of several medicines in adults/children for the treatment/prevention of HIV, other infectious diseases, cancer, and others. Received PharmD from UNC School of Pharmacy, BS degrees in Biological Sciences/Zoology and Pharmacy from CSU and CU, respectively; a Glaxo post-doctoral fellow in PK/PD and joined the industry from the UNC Department of Pharmaceutics. A registered pharmacist, >100 abstracts/manuscripts, and frequent invited speaker.
