Chris Sucato is a Principal Scientist with more than 15 years of industry experience, specializing in protein analytical characterization using biophysical methods. With a keen interest in advancing scientific techniques, Chris has expanded his expertise to include emerging modalities such as RNA and gene delivery vectors. At Novartis, he plays a pivotal role in supporting the development and application of critical reagents for pharmacokinetic (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD), and anti-drug antibody (ADA) assays. His work ensures the reliability and accuracy of these essential tools in drug development. Recently, Chris has made significant contributions to the Novartis Good Clinical Practice (GCP) laboratories by introducing quantitative PCR (qPCR) technologies, further enhancing the labs’ analytical capabilities.
