Graduate Student
Duquesne University
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. I first came to the United States to pursue my master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, where I gained training in cell culture and molecular biology techniques. During a course on Drug Delivery Systems, I learned about the challenges encountered during scaling up pharmaceutical products, limiting their translational applications. This motivated me to join my current lab at Duquesne University, where I focus on developing scalable nanoformulations, perform comprehensive physicochemical characterization, and evaluate therapeutic efficacy using different cell-based assays and rodent models.
