Takahiro Uchida, Ph.D has been full professsor of Mukogawa Womens University in Japan, during 2002-2024. His speciality is orally formulation design for taste masking and recently focus on taste sensor work. He has been over 150 publications in international journal. From 2024, he moved to Food and Health Innovation Center, Nakamura Gakuen University in japan and engaged in taste sensor development with Professor Kiyoshi Toko, pioneer of taste sensor using artifical membranes.
