Cameron Kadleck is a Materials Scientist and Engineer employed at Lonza as a Lead Scientist in the global "Advanced Syntheis" research group. Cameron's current research interests are focused on bioavailability enhancement, automation, and predictive modeling. Cameron also has 5 years of experience collaborating with clients to develop respiratory delivery products. Prior to joining Lonza, Cameron earned an R&D 100 award for the development and commercialization of a high-performance adhesive at Dow Corning.
