Neil Rao is a sophomore at San Mateo High School with a strong interest in developing simple, practical solutions that expand access to healthcare and improve everyday well-being. In addition to his academic pursuits, he is a dedicated bassoonist and enjoys reading widely in his free time, exploring everything from fiction to science.
